Zanzibar is now very well connected to the rest of Tanzania. There are daily light aircraft services from the Northern Parks (Serengeti, Ngorongoro etc.) and the Southern Parks (Selous, Ruaha etc.). Larger aircraft fly directly in from Johannesburg and Nairobi, amongst others.
